A facade contractor in Lucerne needed an articulated boom lift with a 28 m working height for the renovation of a lakeside hotel — on ground that was partly cobbled along the waterfront path, with little room for outriggers. Luibl delivered a suitable model within 48 hours, including equipment briefing and technical documentation for the SUVA record. The rental ran for three weeks on a weekly rate.

All aerial work platforms in Luibl's rental fleet are serviced and inspected in accordance with current Swiss workplace safety regulations. The equipment meets the requirements of SUVA (the Swiss National Accident Insurance Fund) as well as the European Machinery Directive. In Switzerland, special regulations under Art. 8 VUV apply to work at heights above 3 m. Luibl provides the necessary technical documentation on request; equipment briefings by trained staff are available.
