Spider lifts – also known as crawler lifts or spider lifts – are the right choice when wheels fail: on rough terrain, sensitive surfaces and in confined indoor spaces. Luibl rents spider lifts from leading manufacturers such as CTE, Teupen, Hinowa and Leguan with working heights from 13 to 40 metres – delivered across Europe via our own low-loader fleet, backed by a network of more than 200 locations.

The crawler undercarriage distributes the machine's dead weight over a large contact area – minimal ground bearing pressure, maximum protection for sensitive surfaces. The non-marking rubber tracks leave hardly any traces on parquet, marble or tiles with underfloor heating. On rough terrain, spider lifts handle gradients of up to 30% and move safely across mud, sand and gravel. Key technical data for our tracked platforms:

Under VUV, aerial work platforms may only be operated by instructed personnel. At the start of the rental, your staff receive proper instruction on operating the spider lift. For further qualifications, we recommend a certified aerial work platform course to IPAF standard.
