The RTH series is the technical core of Luibl's Magni rental fleet. The key feature is the continuous rotation: the boom rotates a full 360° without stopping, with no need to reposition or maneuver the machine. This significantly reduces downtime on tight job sites.

Lift heights and load capacities of the RTH series: The model range covers lift heights from 17 m to 51 m. The Magni RTH 6.51 is the world's highest telescopic platform in its class – with a 51 m lift height and 6 t rated load capacity. Concrete application scenarios:

• Wind farm maintenance: Maintenance technicians reach nacelles and rotor hubs without a separate crane jib. The RTH 6.51 positions the work basket precisely at working height – the continuous rotation compensates for tight setup conditions between tower foundations.

• High-bay warehouse construction: Steel structures up to 45 m high are assembled without repositioning the machine between assembly sections. A position change is completely eliminated thanks to the 360° rotation.

The hydrostatic drive on all RTH models ensures smooth, precise maneuvering – even on slopes and gravel. The outrigger configuration with four independently extendable outriggers allows setup on uneven ground without compromising on leveling plates.

All current Magni RTH models feature RFID-based attachment recognition. The system automatically identifies the mounted tool and adjusts the load chart in the control computer accordingly. The LMI (Load Moment Indicator) monitors in real time whether the combination of reach, lift height, and load capacity is within the permitted range. Overloading is actively prevented – not just displayed.

The Magni cab is another differentiating factor: large-area glazing with an optimized view of attachments and load pick-up, an ergonomic touch display for machine control, and – for remediation work involving dust exposure – a pressurized cab that prevents asbestos or mineral fiber dust from entering. For the operator, this means no respiratory protection required in the cab and full concentration on the work at hand.

The HTH series addresses projects where standard machines reach their physical limits. Load capacities between 10 t and 50 t, designed for continuous duty in harsh environments: reinforced concrete construction, quarries, marble extraction, and assembly of heavy machinery components.

The difference between rigid TH models and the HTH heavy-duty class is not just load capacity: HTH machines feature reinforced telescopic booms, an adapted outrigger configuration for extreme ground pressure, and an extended load chart that permits high load capacities even at maximum reach.

Regulatory basis: Magni HTH machines are manufactured and tested according to EN 1459-2 (safety requirements for variable-reach rough-terrain trucks). Luibl supplies rental machines exclusively with a currently valid inspection certificate – no expired VUV inspection intervals, no compromises on compliance documentation.

All rental machines are covered through Luibl under lessor liability insurance. Renters are required to provide proof of valid machinery insurance (all-risk or comparable) for the rental period, or to book it optionally through Luibl. In the event of damage: notify Luibl immediately, document the damage as the renter, and the claim is then handled directly through Luibl – no need to contact third-party workshops. Luibl technicians carry out the initial on-site assessment.
