Haulotte Aerial Work Platform Rental – Reliable Access Equipment for Your Project
Haulotte is one of the few manufacturers that consistently develops access equipment with safety as the starting point. Patented systems such as the Activ'Shield Bar and the Activ'Lighting System are not extras – they come as standard. For site managers, logistics managers and industrial planners, this means: lower accident risk, demonstrable compliance with the VUV, and reduced liability exposure on site.
Luibl delivers Haulotte equipment precisely to your site – across Europe, with our own low-loader fleet, VUV-inspected before every delivery.
Our Haulotte Rental Range: The Right Platform for Every Application
Scissor Lifts – Compact Series
The Haulotte Compact line covers the standard range for level ground, both indoors and outdoors. Proportionally controlled movements enable precise positioning – essential wherever work takes place in close proximity to machinery, racking or cladding.
Models available from Luibl:
-
Haulotte Compact 10DX – Diesel scissor lift for outdoor use, all-wheel drive, suited to façade and installation work at medium working heights
-
Haulotte Compact 12D – Extended working height, robust on uneven ground
-
Haulotte H15SX – High platform capacity, proven in shell construction and façade work
-
Haulotte H18SX – Working height up to 18 m, load capacity up to 750 kg, multi-person operation possible
Typical applications: façade construction, industrial maintenance, shell construction, outdoor facilities.
Mast Lifts – Star Series
The Haulotte Star 10 is the bestseller for tight indoor environments. Its minimal turning circle and emission-free electric drive with non-marking tyres make this model the first choice in high-bay warehouses, production halls and exhibition venues.
Why the Star 10 outperforms a scissor lift in warehouse areas:
-
Smaller footprint allows work between narrow racking aisles
-
Quiet electric motors – no noise or exhaust issues during operation
-
Fast vertical positioning without horizontal outreach
The onboard Activ'Screen diagnostic system shows the operator the machine's status in real time – maintenance intervals and fault codes can be checked at any time, minimising downtime on ongoing projects.
Articulating Boom Lifts – Reach Over Obstacles
For work requiring substantial horizontal outreach or reaching over obstacles – such as bridge inspections, hall roof structures or façades during shell construction – the following models are available:
-
Haulotte H14TX – telescopic boom lift with straight-line outreach, suited to hall construction and infrastructure projects
-
Haulotte H28TJ Plus – 28 m working height, large lateral reach, proven on major construction sites in the automotive industry
-
Haulotte HA 12CJ Plus – electric articulating boom lift with load moment limiter, non-marking tyres, for sensitive indoor and outdoor environments
The articulating arm allows work over barriers, machinery and installations – with no changeover time.
Haulotte Innovations: Your Safety Advantage When Renting
Haulotte machines in the Luibl rental fleet are equipped with two safety systems that are far from standard elsewhere on the market:
Activ'Shield Bar The Activ'Shield Bar is a contact-sensitive anti-crush guard fitted to the platform guardrail. If the sensor detects a risk of collision – for example when lifting close to ceilings, beams or installations – the upward movement stops automatically. The system reacts faster than any manual correction and is a critical safety factor, especially in confined indoor environments.
Activ'Lighting System Integrated LED lights on the platform and chassis improve the machine's visibility during operation – relevant for shift work, poorly lit halls, or loading and unloading on busy construction sites. The VUV requires adequate lighting in the working area; this system meets that requirement by design.
Neither feature is a chargeable option – both are part of Haulotte's standard equipment and are therefore fitted to every Luibl rental machine.
