Compared to rotating models, the rigid design offers a high degree of stability and lifting power. By using various attachments, a rigid telehandler combines the functions of a forklift, wheel loader and mobile crane in a single machine – with load capacities from 1,250 to 16,000 kg, depending on the model. Thanks to the robust one-piece chassis and a low centre of gravity, rigid telehandlers offer high stability. Modern hydraulic systems enable precise operation, even when heavy loads hang from the fully extended telescopic boom. Many models in our fleet feature permanent all-wheel drive and three steering modes (two-wheel, four-wheel and crab steering). This enables manoeuvring in tight spaces, which is especially advantageous in industrial halls or densely built urban projects.

Renting a rigid Magni telehandler gives you access to highly developed lifting technology for the most challenging tasks. If your project requires continuous 360° operation without repositioning the chassis, it is often more economical to rent a rotating telehandler. For load capacities above 16 t, a heavy-duty telehandler is recommended.

A rigid telehandler from Luibl Rental supported the construction of a logistics warehouse spanning over 10,000 m². The challenge lay in installing heavy precast concrete elements and steel beams on partly uneven ground. By using pallet forks and an additional lattice jib, the telehandler handled both the unloading of trucks and the precise lifting of beams into the roof structure. Forgoing a stationary tower crane reduced overall costs and shortened assembly time.

Every rigid telehandler that leaves our rental fleet undergoes an inspection cycle and holds a valid inspection under VUV in accordance with VUV Art. 8. The fleet is equipped with load moment limiters (LML) that provide acoustic and visual warnings before critical operating conditions are reached.
